This visit was right up there on the Best Trip Ever list! We met awesome people, saw amazing sights, learned so many interesting things about the flora and fauna of the area and ate and slept very well. And what great adventures! Two of the things I was nervous about, wading through the bat cave and snorkeling, turned out to be so fascinating, so beautiful and so much fun! The kayaking, mangrove tours and the hiking also were fantastic. We loved seeing the huge variety of birds and other critters in the rain forest and in the water. The owners, their kids and the staff at Tranquilo Bay Eco-Adventure Lodge were truly wonderful people. Thanks, Stace, for making it possible for us to expand our horizons so beautifully.
